Great location near the Bund with diverse architectural styles. Clock tower bell rings every 15 mins. G/F cafe, 6/F bar. Close to metro and popular walking street. Spacious 9 bed dorm with natural light. Comfortable beds. Nice rooftop bar for sunset and Shanghai skyline.

the lobby's ambience is great and cosy. the location is just too convenient to the subway and the attractive spots. affordable in price.
the shower rooms should be renovated and improve. the floor are wet and flooded always. Smelly, but not sure where is the smell from. The receptionists are not really helpful and friendly. My room is messy (405), full with stuff which i don't know where or whom it belong to.

Great value for the money! The location of the hostel is fantastic, just a short walk away from the Bund and close to subway lines. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with big windows that offer amazing views. The daily cleaning service is a nice touch. The rooftop bar provides a fantastic view and reasonable prices for drinks. I would recommend this hostel for budget travelers.

Excellent location next to the Bund. Probably the nicest beds/dorm rooms I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in hostels all around Asia/Europe. The bedding was very comfy and warm. However, the bathroom showers could use some work (pretty run down looking), the water was hot though, so that's probably more important. Would definitely stay again. Check out the view from the rooftop bar too, pretty amazing. 3-4 blocks from the East Nanjing street, so good location but still a bit of a walk. Right next to a 7-11 type store so that came in handy too. Have fun, this is a great place!

The location is very good
A lot of people smoke inside the hostel, even inside my room a guest was smoking everyday. The common area is not confortable if you want to read a book or use your computer. There is a bar in the lobby but you need to buy something if you want to stay there if not you can only use one of the two single couchs that are in the lobby (for the whole hostel). The wi-fi service is not good.

I like that it was a budget friendly hotel and staff could speak English. They were very helpful with questions I asked. It is also the perfect spot to visit the bund or get on the subway for other tourist destinations. I also like the balcony bar over looking the bund and the price of the drinks. Would definitily stay there again. :-)
Lift only goes to fifth floor. I was on sixth with a heavy bag.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a budget-friendly hotel in the heart of a bustling city. First off, the price was unbeatable, making it a great value for money. The location was splendid, with many popular sights and attractions just a short walk away. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the friendly staff who were always ready to assist me. The basic amenities provided were more than enough for my needs, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom. I especially appreciated the windows overlooking the vibrant streets, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. Additionally, having breakfast included was a delightful bonus, saving me time and money each morning.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.

The location of this hostel is very near to the tourist attraction spots such the waterfront and shoping areas.
Eventhough we arrived early in the morning at the hostel, we can check in immediately into the room due room availability. The staff manned at the counter are polite and helpful.

The location was really good. Next to the Bund and walking distance from People's Square. They had free computers with internet to use.
The front desk was soo unhelpful. After my reservation expired, I asked at the desk the next morning if I could stay another night. They said no, they were full. I asked if I could check back later in case there were cancellations but they said no. Then I met some other people staying there. They were told the same thing but said to go back to Booked.net and sure enuogh I was able to book my same bed for that night, right after the front desk had said no. And they will not let you store luggage, in spite of what the sign at the front desk says.

This hotel is perfect for tourists in. The location couldn't be closer to the main sightseeing spots like and. Plus, it's just a short walk from a well-connected subway station. The rooms are spacious and provide plenty of room to relax. The basic amenities are all there, and the staff is attentive and friendly. And the bed, although a bit old, is comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.
All in all, everything was fine.
